Running reports in WorthIT Fixed Assets

In the Reports section of WorthIT there are many different reports you can run. All reports can produce a PDF, CSV, or Excel output, so you can always get your data in the format you need it.

Report interface

Most reports have additional filter options and optional data fields to include. You can explore each report's options by selecting the report from the list.

When a report is generated, the system will process it in the background so you don't have to sit there and wait for the report to finalize before you can continue navigating the site. Some reports take longer than others to process, but most complete within a minute.

This is the screen once a report has been requested.

During this process you can continue to work. Once it's complete, you will get a notification and a badge showing the new reports that are available for your review.

At any point, you can go to the "Recent Reports" tab to see a list of all the reports you've generated. Clicking the name of the report will open the file type you requested (PDF, CSV, or Excel).
