Maintenance Contracts
Setting maintenance contracts in WorthIT Fixed Assets
Maintenance contracts can be managed in WorthIT similar to insurance policies. These contracts can be used to provide at-a-glance details related to a single asset or filters on reports to export a list of all assets under a particular maintenance agreement.
Adding a maintenance contract
Navigate to the Maintenance Contract page on the left-side navigation. Click "Add new maintenance contract" to open the form.
The form will have multiple sections, starting with the base details.
Contract ID: Your maintenance agreement ID as per your vendor. Contract Description: Basic text description to add more context beyond the ID.
Company Information: Store the company name and contact information so you always know how to get in touch with your maintenance vendor.
Contract Details: Set the details of the contract such as the length, amount, terms, and other details. You can optionally select whether labour, parts, and other are included. The other can be anything you desire, offering some configurability to this feature.
